Founded in 2003, serving Apex, Cary and South Raleigh for children 2 to 12 years
Your child is the most precious experience you will have in life. At Peace Montessori School, here in Apex, a beautiful quiet town in the heart of North Carolina, we understand that you place your child’s well-being and education above anything else. Your goal is to provide the best educational experience for your child, in a safe nurturing environment. That’s why we are devoted to the philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori.
During the first half of the twentieth century, Maria Montessori developed an educational philosophy based on balancing the needs of mind, body and spirit in the growing child. Does it work? Ask Sergey Brin and Larry Page. The two founders of Google, one of the most successful companies in history, both acknowledge their Montessori education as more valuable than their years at Stanford University.
Of course, we don’t promise that your child will be the founder of the next Google! But we do promise that we faithfully adhere to the philosophy and concepts as established by Dr. Montessori. We apply her principles for the education of children ages 2 to 12 for each child to achieve academic excellence and to realize his or her potential as a happy, accomplished human being.
To enable us to fulfill our obligation to the student and to you, the parent, we are guided by our vision, mission and core values.
